Please note that Surita Simone is not responsible for "COD, Taxes, Brokerage, Customs, Unpaid Duties or any additional fees”.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer at the time the package is delivered.  

This info is provided to you prior to payment is accepted.  If you (the customer) do not pay these fees and the package is returned to Surita Simone, we will issue you a refund minus all shipping fees.  We will not reship the items.

At Surita Simone, we value each and every single customer. Our biggest priority is making sure the items you ordered get delivered to our customer(s) as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-14 business days from the date it is fully processed.  Unless it's a pre or back-ordered item and that can be anywhere from 3 - 4 weeks.  

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Item Status (Ready to ship or Pre-Order)+Verification Time + Processing Time + Shipping Time

Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $30. Discount automatically applied at checkout. 


  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

  • Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.


  • It normally takes 7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address or other issues.


We are not responsible for the following:  Items damaged or lost in transit.  Items not fitting.  Items damaged or lost in the buyers possession.  We do our best to secure the item(s), but we are not responsible for those elements outside of the seller/buyers control.  If you encounter or haven’t received your package based on the above estimates or encounter an issue please feel free to contact us by clicking "contact us" and submit a ticket, we will reply to you within 24 hours (business days only).

Please submit a ticket within 14 days of shipment if the package does not arrive on time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.  Appreciate you understanding.


When a customer buys a gift card for someone else, the customer will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
